The Servers of America Guild is a union of waitstaff. They also hold award shows for the staff.
History[edit]
Homer went to the Servers of America Guild during the 75th annual award show to tell the waitstaff there that they should reject tipping culture and demand a decent living wage instead. When he got on stage, he interrupted Gary, the host of the show, by pushing him out of the way before he gave his speech. After the speech, the waitstaff rejected his pleas and started to beat him up for trying to take their tips away.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
The Servers of America Guild is a parody of the Screen Actors Guild. The building is based on the headquarters of the SAG-AFTRA.
