The forty-eighth content update, known as the "The Yellow Badge of Cowardge" episode tie-in content update, for The Simpsons: Tapped Out was released in May 16, 2014. It including a tie-in for the episode "The Yellow Badge of Cowardge". It also has a added a new friends point leve, Cool Lisa and a decoraton, "Macaroni's Shed".
