History
Mr. Burns was being inspected by the Department of Labor and grudgingly agreed to hire a woman (although he emphatically declared, "I stand by my hiring practices!"). Just after that, a duck wearing a hard hat waddled by towing a wagon and momentarily paused. Burns exclaimed, "Get back to work, Stewart!" and the duck ran off. Later, he was seen pecking the head of a fellow employee.
