Plot
Incriminating Caffeine
Apu decides to investigate where the cola trucks are registered to and where the Buzz Cola itself is made as it's causing weird symptoms in people, so he goes to the train station and follows the truck and collects evidence. The truck leads him to to the Springfield Mafia.
...and Baby Makes 8
Apu talks to Louie so that he can drive to the hospital and save his octuplets, but he has to avoid two Mobster Limos to get there, he avoids them, and he reaches Dr. Hibbert.
Eight is too Much
For this mission, you will need Homer's Custom Built Car and purchase it from Homer in the Hospital Parking lot.
