'''Howell Huser''' is a tourist who travels [[Springfield]] in [[There's Something About Marrying]]. He is based on real life television personality Huell Howser who has produced television shows at the Los Angeles public broadcasting station, KCET-TV since about 1988.  These shows are seen frequently on public television stations in the state of California, and occasionally on public television stations in other states in the USA.  Howser, who was born and raised in Tennessee, is known for his southern accent, folksy, homespun manner, ingratiating interview style, and awe-struck wonderment at rather mundane places, people and objects.  He is a well-known media personality in Los Angeles.
