The House of Evil employee is the shopkeeper at House of Evil, a shop that sells evil objects.

History

He is seen entering Cregg Demon's magic show.[1]

When Homer forgot to buy Bart a birthday present, he comes to the shop to buy him something. The employee then suggests to him to purchase a Krusty Doll. Homer then purchases the doll and also takes himself free frogurt. He is then warned that both items he had purchased are cursed.[2]

Behind the Laughter

He is a parody of Mr. Wing from the 1984 film, Gremlins.
