C. Ebenezer Burns is an industrialist who supposedly makes coal out of babies.
History[edit]
C. Ebenezer Burns had bought the Swords of Osiris, the weapons used by the Mutton Chop Murderer, from the Emporium of Exotica. After Eliza Simpson and Dr. Bartley found this out, they went to Mao's in the Opium District to find him. There, Burns told them that he sold the swords so he could buy more opium. He then pointed out Homer, who was the person he sold the swords to.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
His name is a reference to Ebenezer Scrooge, the main character from A Christmas Carol.
