The blue-haired lawyer is Springfield's most prominent lawyer known for his pasty face, blue hair, and nasal New York accent.

Work

He is one of Mr. Burns' lawyers. Many times, he has shown up when the Simpsons are in court (usually on the opponent's side) and quite often makes good points and wins over the judge.

His most prominent client is Mr. Burns, but he has worked for Fat Tony,[1] Disneyland,[2] the Sea Captain and the Frying Dutchman,[3] Sideshow Bob,[4] Roger Meyers, Jr. and the I&S Studios,[5][6] Movementarians,[7] the estate of Charlie Chaplin[8] and the estate of Jimmy Durante.[8]

He is primarily a corporate attorney, although he also practiced as a defense attorney in civil suits and criminal trials. He has also occasionally appeared as a prosecutor. He worked for Luvum & Burnham.

He once served as both a trial and defense lawyer in the same case.[9]

Politics

He is a member of the Springfield Republican Party.
