Tom Stovak is an employee for the IRS.

History

Krusty was caught as one of the biggest tax cheats in history. He went to the IRS Plaza for a meeting with Tom Stovak and another IRS employee. Although his celebrity status kept Krusty out of jail, the IRS planned to garnish his salary and auction off his assets until his debt is repaid.

Tom Stovak was later behind the scenes at The Krusty the Clown Show to reduce costs including a banana cream pie for a pie-in-the-face-gag. Krusty shouted out to throw sometime and Tom Stovak threw his briefcase right at Krusty's face.

After Krusty had faked his death, he took over The Krusty the Clown Show under the title The Agent Tom Stovak Variety-Format Show.

Behind the Laughter

His appearance was modeled on attorney and law professor Alan Dershowitz.
