Phillips is a female convict who was Marge's cellmate while Marge was in prison.
Contents
History[edit]
She got her name because she killed her husband with a phillips-head screwdriver. She later dated Barney Gumble, who claimed that his name was Homer and that he worked at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant.[1]
