The Moe Dog is a friend of Shady.

History

When Shady was interested in Vamp, the Moe Dog told Shady that he could never get a mutt as good as Vamp. Shady managed to get a date with Vamp anyway and the Moe Dog asked Vamp if she had a friend he could go on a date with too.

Later, Shady's puppies went looking for him and Shady hid from them. After the puppies for taken by Dog Catcher Willie, the Moe Dog said that the problem had solved itself. The Moe Dog then asked Shady if they could sniff each other's butts. Shady decided to chase after his puppies, leaving the Moe Dog to chase his own tail.
