Shady is a dog in a story by Marge Simpson.
History
Shady saw the Vamp and instantly fell in love with her. His friend, the Moe Dog, told Shady that he could never get a mutt like her. Shady then went to prove him otherwise, collecting flowers to give to Vamp. However, he was then hurt in a stampede of people. Shady then asked Vamp out on a date and she agreed. The two of them went to Luigi's Restaurant where they were given a plate of spaghetti. They then went and had sex, which resulted in Vamp getting pregnant. Upon realizing this would happen, Shady left and they didn't see each other for weeks.
Eventually, two of Shady and Vamp's puppies, Bart Puppy and Lisa Puppy, went looking for their father. They were then caught by Dog Catcher Willie who took them to the Dog Pound.
