The receptionist is an unnamed receptionist works at the Port Springfield Cruise Check-In.
History
The receptionist greeted the Simpson family upon their arrival at Port Springfield. They were expecting to board the Royalty Valhalla, but the receptionist told them that cruise was overbooked. She then offered an alternative - a sugar-free fitness cruise, which the family did not want to board. She then discovered that the family could board the ship, but could not stay in their original cabin. The family received an upgrade, then a double upgrade, and then a triple upgrade.
