Dave is a lifeguard aboard the Royalty Valhalla.
History
After the announcement that a virus had spread across the world and all boats had to stay out on sea, he made the Sensations Luxury Spa into a cult which he became the leader of. He thought that man running by the pool caused the virus to spread. He was later seen at the Fun Court.
