The Lazy Hall of Fame image of Superman isn't him in his full costume, which is why the image is as it is. The current image is also the image used for all Appearances galleries, so is preferred as the main image over any other image. Please do not revert it again. - An image can be changed for all appearances pages so that's not much of reason. Also you have Clark Kent written out right above the image so it's the best way to show both dual identity of Superman and Clark Kent in just a single image.
