When Bart pulled a prank to make every First Bank of Springfield customer believe that the place went bankrupt, the manager tried to calm everyone down but failed.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
The scene is parody of the bank run scene with Jimmy Stewart's character George Bailey from It's a Wonderful Life.
