Helga is the foreign housekeeper of Krusty the Clown's home.

History

When Krusty called for his whiskey funnel, Helga came over with a glass of whiskey and a funnel. As she walked over to Krusty, she told Bart that he should go as "this is no place for children." Krusty then snatched the funnel, put it in his mouth, and told her to pour the whiskey.
