First appearance: Cooking with Kang and Kodos

To Serve Man is a cookbook.

History

Serak the Preparer once lent Kodos his cookbook while he was away. Kodos attempted to bake a Boys and Berry Pie, but she failed and Kang ended up ordering pizza.[1]

A large talking ape mentions the cookbook to Homer at an insane asylum.[2]

When a trio of Rigellian/human hybrids are roasting Seymour Skinner on a spit, one of them is reading To Serve Man.[3]

The book was seen on top of the Simpsons' fridge.[4]

Behind the Laughter

The book is a reference to the Twilight Zone episode, "To Serve Man" (based on the short story of the same name).
