The Yellow Badge of Cowardge

"Bart is plagued with guilt when he wins the annual “last day of school” race around Springfield Elementary, with an assist from Nelson, who beats up frontrunner Milhouse. Meanwhile, Homer tries to bring back the annual 4th of July fireworks display after it’s canceled for budget reasons.^[1]"

Bart comes through yelling its the last day of school while clanking trash can lids Then Homer says that'll send him to a nice summer school then Marge replies by saying that's a prison road trip. Bart then says he went there last year and he's not allowed back. then there all a the table eating breakfast, homer's reading the newspaper and then screams "they cancelled the 4th of July fireworks!,that was the one time of the year that I couldn't hear my parents arguing but I needed a hero, and there was no bigger hero than the big man behind the machine"! and then homer decided to find him (Guiseppe)Act 2(Last day of school race)Bart is running the annual last day of school race where people start gambling/betting for bart, themselves( Sherri and Terri)and milhouse. Martin only bet on Milhouse because he overheard them talking about Mihouse wearing a dummy tummy. When the race started Milhousse was winning when he got the forest part of the school race Nelson came through on his bike and started beating him up. When bart came through aswell instead of taking a beating with his freind he won the race then Milhouse came stumbling through the woods and collapsed, Doctor Hibbert then came and said he has amnesia and may never remember what happened in the woods. Bart then sighed with relief.
