The Aristocrat was the "new watering hole" for Homer when he was furious at Moe for stealing his recipe for the Flaming Homer in Flaming Moe's.

Homer arrived at this bar to try it out instead of Moe's Tavern for once. Despite its elegant name, it appeared to be a run-down, messy place with no patrons at all.

As Homer entered, the working barman pulled a shotgun (similar to Moe's gun) on Homer, who asked in terror for a beer. The bar owner then placed some beer in a filthy glass, but when Homer protested about the glass, the man begrudgingly cleaned it, growling "Here ya go, Your Majesty!"
