[[Waylon Smithers]] enters a storage cupboard in the [[Springfield Nuclear Power Plant]] and it accidentally gets left open. Homer, seeing this as an opportunity to steal supplies, tells everyone to come and help themselves, and every employee steals something. Leaving the Power Plant, Homer sees [[Mr. Burns]] approach and drives off, leaving his fellow employees to get all the blame. Homer is thought to be the only one who didn't steal anything and gets a day off.

one day at the power plant homer sneaks into the supply room and tells everyone to help themselves but dosent take anything for himself so he wont get in trouble mr burns catches them and gives homer time off but everyone else get in trouble the next trouble the next day homer takes bart on a fishing trip but things dont go exactly as planned the next day homer wakes up to discover he has wet the bed not knowing why he thinks its the guilt of the incident at the plant so throws a party to make it up to them the next morning he wakes up to discover he has wet the bed again so buys a machine called the uralarm 3000 a machine that has an alarm that goes off when he has wet the bed it goes off in the middle of the night waking him marge and the kids up they discover his problem and homer starts wearing diapers for adults one night him and marge try to have sex but cant marge walks down the block and meets proffesor frink who explains everyone knows about homers problem but he has a cure going into homers dreams when homer is asleep they do so and enter homers dream of skiing down a mountain they join him but end up falling down a cliff along with the grim reaper frink explains that if they die in the dream they die in real life so go to sleep in the dream and enter barts dream the tracy ullman short family therapy while waiting they get into a fight and in the room pf sherwood tells homer to open the coffin thats says marriage on it as the answer has something to do with marriage and fish homer worries it is his marriage and bart opens the coffin and fish come out before drowning they go into lisas dream of them acting a play bart gets them in another one of homers dream where there is a lot of moes there is a huge kwik e mart with a squishee lake and apu has a little body and a big head flanders gets run over by a lawnmower theres giant bowling balls and pins duffs etc but they end up drowning in the squishee lake they clog up the gears with moes and back at the house frink is caught by chief wiggum who forces him to unplug them which ends up in a slow motion fight back in the dream they are rescued by the grim reaper who reaveals he is mona who explains that she is dead but lives on in homers dreams she shows them that a young homer and grampa were fishing one day but the boat tipped over and it was hours before they got back two weeks later she had to leave grampa homer thought it was his fault and after the de ja vu with bart he felt guilty and started wetting the bed but explains it wasnt homers fault homer is cured and the family then escapes from the dream world which is destroyed by waking up in the other dreams before waking up in the real world homer never wets the bed again and he and marge use a spinning top to tell whats a dream and what is real it keeps spinning so its a dream so they go for a naked bike ride but as soon as they leave the room the spinning top stops and hail comes down and homer gets run over by a truck

On his day off, Homer goes fishing with Bart. The next night, Homer wets the bed. After doing this another time, he thinks that karma may be the reason so apologizes to all his fellow employees for dropping them into trouble with a free barbecue for everyone. That night, Homer wets himself again and gets angry over a wasted act of kindness.

Homer then goes to [[Shameful Eddie's]] where he buys an [[Uralarm Whizz-No-More 9000]]. This, however, wakes up the entire family and he must explain his predicament to them. Homer then starts to wear [[Confidence Man Adult Diapers]] which are a turn-off to [[Marge]].

Marge goes for a walk that night and bumps into Professor Frink who reveals that he has invented a machine that can be used to enter other people's dreams, which he did to [[Disco Stu]], who has now became "Normal Stu". They decide to use it on Homer and in his first dream, they meet [[Death]] who is dragging a coffin. After falling off a cliff, they use the dream machine to enter Bart's dream. In this dream, [[B.F. Sherwood]] tells them to open the coffin. When it is opened, the room starts to fill with fish. So, the family use the machine to go to the next dream, [[Lisa]]'s. They are on a Victorian stage show so they immediately change dreams again, back into Homer's dreams once again.

Homer's dream this time is of his greatest desires. After walking around, encountering a [[Kwik-E-Mart]] which gives bacon as change and several [[Moe's Tavern]]s, Homer decides he wants to stay in his dream forever and starts to ride [[Mr. Simpson's Wild Ride]]. At this point, [[Clancy Wiggum]], [[Eddie]] and [[Lou]] have entered the Simpsons home and tried to get the dream machine off of Professor Frink. After this, a large bottle of [[Duff Beer]] falls over and floods the city. The Simpsons are about to enter two large gears, throwing the many [[Moe Szyslak]]s into them to stop them, when they are rescued by Death, who reveals her to actually be Mona Simpson. Mona then tells the family to follow her.

The family go to a movie theater where they view a childhood memory of Homer's. He and [[Abraham Simpson|his father]] went on a fishing trip and the boat capsized. They returned to their holiday home several hours late and without any fish. A couple of weeks later, Mona left Abraham and Homer. Homer felt guilty as he thought it was because of the boat capsizing that his mother left. After she reassured him it wasn't because of this, showing another memory of Mona being relieved that Homer, her greatest treasure, was safe, Homer finally felt comfort. They then left the dream.

Back at the Simpson home, Chief Wiggum finally manages to get the device from Frink and detaches it, just as everyone wakes up. Homer is relieved to find he hasn't wet himself. That night, Homer spins a dreidel. Marge tells him that if it keeps spinning, they're still in a dream. It does so they decide to go for a naked bike ride. However, as soon as they leave, the dreidel stops spinning and it starts to hail. A truck then hits Homer.

Synopsis

After a fishing trip with Bart, Homer starts to wet the bed again. With the help of his family, Jonathan Frink, and his deceased mother, Homer tries to overcome his bed wetting problems, via his dreams.
