Hawaii is one of the 50 states in the United States. Its capital city is Honolulu.

Homer w banned from Moe's so he posed as a pilot to drink at a bar exclusively for pilots, but he was mistaken for a real pilot and ended up flicking a switch in the cockpit so the wheels retract and the plane smashed into the runway. To keep Homer silent so Crazy Clown Airlines does not become a laughingstock, the airline offered Homer and his family free tickets to "anywhere in the United States Excluding Alaska and Hawaii, the freak states." When he went to tell his family Bart immediately shouted out, "Alaska!" and then Lisa, "Hawaii!"[1]
Troy McClure hosted a television special called Carnival of the Stars, which was broadcast live from Hawaii's Molokai island.[2]
After getting run out of Florida, the Simpson family was trying to decide on where to go for their next vacation. They were looking at a map of the US where Hawaii along with every other states was crossed off except for North Dakota and Arizona which was then crossed off because Homer said Arizona smells funny.[3]
