Burnsie's Belly Laughs! is a Simpsons Comics One-Shot Wonders story first printed in The Malevolent Mr. Burns #1.

Plot

Mr. Burns has decided to give a promotion to his low-level employees. He introduces the new head of production, Manny Tar. Waylon Smithers asks Tar if he is a low-level employee and he tells him that he is—the dungeon catacombs are the lowest level. He tells Smithers that he was a regular Joe and started to work after high school, and all the radiation on the job turned him into a minotaur. Homer asks Tar if it is true that radiation turned him into a horrible monster, to which he replies that it's true. When Homer asks where he worked, he tells him that he was the safety inspector for Sector 7-G. Homer calls Marge and tells her that he is coming home early because he feels horny. Marge says she thinks that they could snuggle before the kids come home. Homer tells Marge that that's not what he meant—it turns out he now has horns.
