The Quebec Nordiques were a professional ice hockey team based in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. The franchise relocated to Denver, Colorado in the summer of 1995 where they became known as the Colorado Avalanche.
History
Homer told Lisa the "terrifying tale" of how the Quebec Nordiques became the Colorado Avalanche as they walked to King Toot's Music Store.
