If you have an anonymous town, and you haven't updated yet, you can update and please immediatly create an EA account to save your town!
If you already updated and lost your town, please report this to EA by following this istructions.
If you lost your town but you had your town logged in with Facebook, continue the tutorial till you can access Friend towns page and login to Facebook to try and recover your town.
