Capitol City is a pee-wee football team.
History
After a health convention held in Springfield, the children of Springfield are deemed to be overweight. To help them stay in shape, the parents enrole their children into football, and the Springfield Wildcats was created. In the championship final, they met Capitol City. Under the game came Cheif Wiggum for arrest Nelson Muntz, Homer was then scary for if he do it, he lost his quarterback. Bart decide then to play at he was Nelson, so they arrest him instead of Muntz so Muntz could continue the game. The final ends with the victory of Springfield Wildcats against Capitol City with the score 26-20.
