[[Bart]] brings [[Santa's Little Helper]] into [[Springfield Elementary School|school]] for show and tell. Bart has to put him in the closet so he won't disturb the class while they're learning, but the dog escapes into the vents. He causes mayhem throughout the school, and when [[Superintendent Chalmers]] hears about it, he fires [[Skinner]] and appoints [[Ned Flanders]] the new principal. Bart starts to feel guilty for getting him fired, so he goes over to Skinner's house and they become friends, Skinner soon then feels powerless so he joins the army, where it is not the same as he remembered (because the recruits are in a tank mooning him) he then says, "No, it's exactly as I remember".

"Sweet Seymour Skinner's Baadasssss Song" is the 19th episode of the Simpsons' fifth season. This is also the show's 100th episode overall.

Plot

It is show-and-tell day at Springfield Elementary School, and seeing how most kids have geodes or other random items, Bart brings his dog, Santa's Little Helper to school. Everyone is excited to see Bart's dog, but Santa's Little Helper shortly makes his way through the school vents, when he is put away in a closet. Groundskeeper Willie is greased up and sent inside the vents and retrieves the dog, but Superintendent Chalmers shows up, in detest after hearing about the dog. Shortly afterwards, he fires Principal Skinner on the spot, and Bart is guilted because of his dog.

Skinner rejoins the army, but manages the gain a friendly relationship with Bart, even going out to Luigi's to eat. During these events, Ned Flanders becomes the new principal, and is very lax with the rules.
