Red Tick Beer is a beer sold at Moe's Tavern.
Homer tries Red Tick Beer one night at Moe's when he's in a mood for something other than his usual Duff. He isn't sure what to think about Red Tick, as there's something about it that he can't quite put his finger on. Nevertheless, he drinks over ten bottles of it, enough to make Moe's breathalyzer register his drunkenness level as "Boris Yeltsin."
