Bart Goes to the Movies is in Bart Simpson Comics #24
Plot
Bart wants to go to the movies, but cant afford to due to homer buying a bacon station. Bart convinces Milhouse to let him sneak in with a 'Planet of the Brain dead costume, so he looks like Rainier Wolfcastle, but his disguise fails.
