  • Despite the first part of the episode taking place "almost nine years ago", the Squeaky-voiced teen is the exact same age as he is in present day.
  • Homer and Marge has their 10 anniversary but because Bart is 10 must they have married after he was born in this episode.
  • Homer's comment that Bart is named after a train is inconsistent with I Married Marge.
