Itchy and Scratchy give each other Valentine's Day gifts, and while Scratchy gives Itchy a heart-shaped card, Itchy gives Scratchy his own real heart! At home, Scratchy reads a newspaper saying he needs a heart to stay alive. Scratchy dies before he can reach it, as it is sitting on his mantle piece.

Plot

For Valentine's Day, Scratchy gives Itchy a heart-shaped card that says "I Love You." Itchy pats himself down looking for something to give Scratchy in return, and when he finds nothing, he punches a hole in Scratchy's chest, rips out his heart, and gives it to him as a present.
