Therapy is the fourth Butterfinger commercial. It originally aired on 1991.
Plot
Bart is attending a therapy session with Dr. Marvin Monroe in regards to his obsession with Butterfinger. Monroe tries to steal Bart's Butterfinger, but Bart makes a run for it and escapes Monroe's office.

- Dr. Marvin Monroe: Look at this thing blog Bart tell me what you see.
- Bart: A Butterfinger.
- Dr. Marvin Monroe: And this one.
- Bart: Another Butterfinger. [Bart pulls out his Butterfinger]
- Dr. Marvin Monroe: Just as I thought, your upsets with this so called Butterfinger which makes the, which becomes by sharing the only object you almost dare.

- Dr. Marvin Monroe: I want that Butterfinger!
- Bart: You need help man.
