Stan Smith is the main character of American Dad!. He appears in The Simpsons in the American criminal book, along side Peter Griffin. Stan is guilty of Plagiarismo Di Plagiarismo (plagiarism of plagiarism, which is the Simpsons writers' way of saying that American Dad! is a rip-off of Family Guy which is already considered by Simpson writers--and detractors of Family Guy--as a rip-off of The Simpsons).
