• Milhouse: at the Krusty Burger by the Police Station
• Nelson: at the Krusty Burger by the construction site.
• Ralph: in the middle of a street by the city hall.

In this level, for successfully completing all races, the reward is Moe's Sedan.

These are the cards in this level:

• Mr. Honneybunny ("Lisa on Ice"), on top of a train wagon.
• Big Butt Skinner ("Bart's Comet"), on a table in the car wash.
• Bonestorm game ("Marge Be Not Proud"), on the rooftop for the Legitimate Businessman's Social Club.
• Head of Jebediah ("The Telltale Head"), on top of Jebediah Springfield's statue.
• AM Radio Toy ("Radio Bart"), on the rooftop of a small building, near the hospital.

• On a train wagon past the tower for the water tank.
• Inside the train wagon parking.
• At the exit of the car wash.
• On the rooftop for the Legitimate Businessman's Social Club, over the milk tank.

• Catapult (from "Homer vs. the Eighteenth Amendment"), at the Springfield Town Square, it launches a cat when touched.
• Dumpster, at the back of the Downtown Krusty Burger, Otto's voice is heard when kicked.
• Missile, behind the Herman's Military Antiques, it explodes when touched.
• Toy car ride, outside the Try-N-Save, it explodes when turned on.
• Camera, in the Department of Motor Vehicles, its flash blinds Hans Moleman when a photo is taken.
• Fat Tony's cement truck, near the construction site, it throws two cement people when touched.
• Slot machine, in Moe's, it spins the reels when its lever is pulled.
• Love tester, in Moe's, it lights when pushed.
• Moe's pickled eggs jar, in Moe's, the eggs move when touched.
• Flaming Homer beer glasses (from "Flaming Moe's"), in Moe's, they burn when touched.
• Milk tank (from "Mayored to the Mob"), on the rooftop for the Legitimate Businessman's Social Club, the rats escape when the tank fills with milk.
