The Vulgate of St. Jerome is a translation of the Bible, one of many which the Flanders family own.

History[edit]

When the Flanders family played "Bible Question Bombardment" with the Simpson children, the Vulgate was on the shelf along with the other Bibles owned by the Flanderses. Rod suggested using the Vulgate to play the game, and Ned, after glancing over the shelf full of Bibles, agreed: "Vulgate it is!"
