He was first introduced category[edit]
How does it he not fit into that category since he's a character first introduced in the Simpsons Shorts. 24.141.5.202 13:40, November 22, 2013 (EST)
- If you look at all the "Characters introduced in season X" categories, you may notice a lack of one time characters. Since Mr. Chupo is a one time character, he doesn't go in the category, which is something we decided on shortly after the categories were made.
