G.I. Joe is a soldier and the ex-husband of Stacy Lovell.

History

Stacy kept a picture of him in her living room in her mansion. He came round to her mansion and asked her to take him back. After she refused him, he threatened to bomb her house into the ground before walking off.

During the Simpson family's stay at the American Embassy in Australia, Bart jokingly referred to a U.S. Marine guarding the embassy gates as "G.I. Joe."
