The Commandant is the head of Rommelwood Military School.
History
Bart is sent to the military school as a punishment while Lisa also wanted to enroll. He was reluctant to allow Lisa to enter the school because it was an all boys school but eventually agreed to let her in. He later presented Lisa a medal at the end of her time at the school.
