Pun: That Darn Cat!
Season: 4

"That Happy Cat" is the first cartoon to feature Scratchy the Cat. It was made in 1928. It was shown during Eye on Springfield the same day that The Itchy & Scratchy Movie came out.

Plot

Scratchy, wearing a hat, walks down the street. When he reaches a street corner, he stops and whistles while rocking back and forth on his heels. After he finishes, he adjusts his hat forward and crosses the street.

Kent Brockman, hosting the program, said that the cartoon did very poorly.
