Smarch is the thirteenth month of the year, according to Springfield Elementary School calendars.
History
The calendars at Springfield Elementary were misprinted to show a month called "Smarch". Homer looked at the calendar and complained about the "Smarch weather".
Behind the Laughter
In many The Simpsons calendars, Smarch is added onto the end as a bonus.
