Season 29 is a season of The Simpsons. It started on October 1, 2017[2] and ended on May 20, 2018. The production started on March 2, 2017 with the recording of XABF01.[1][3]

Announcement

On November 4th, 2016; a FOX Press Release announced the renewal through Season 30:
