Scotland is a country in Europe and the United Kingdom. Willie is native to Scotland and often talks about it in pride. Homer, Willie, Professor Frink and Mr. Burns travel to Loch Ness to capture the Loch Ness Monster. It was also seen in a Simpsons Comic, in which Willie and the Simpsons go and meet Willie's brother and Willie competes in a competition there.
