She and Ned had a relationship going on and Sara eventually asked Ned to move to Hollywood with her, to which Ned declines but Sara says she will stay in Springfield with him. She eventually ends up having sex with Ned before they break up. She gets re-married to Bob Balaban and then soon get a quicky divorce.
