Runtledge lives next door to Gloria Grand with his auntm June. His parents and his twin brother, Dodd died ater a plane crash in a remote south American jungle. After Rod becomes Fallout Boy, had June another of her brain fevers and had to go to a nursing home. Rod moved then home to Claude Kane III. After a time, he meet his brother, he was not dead, at his belived.
