Rigel 7 is a planet from which the Rigellians come from. They speak the Rigellian language, which by coincidence, is exactly the same as English. Rigel 7 is the home planet of Kang and Kodos. The other inhabitants of Rigel seem to be similar in appearance to Kang and Kodos.
