Ralph Sosa is an American director. He directed the episodes "Please Homer, Don't Hammer 'Em" (with Mike B. Anderson), "In the Name of the Grandfather" and "Mona Leaves-a" (with Anderson). He has also worked on the show as a character layout artist, a storyboard revisionist and an assistant director and was an assistant sequence director on The Simpsons Movie.
For his work on the Guillermo del Toro couch gag, Sosa was nominated for an Annie Award in "Outstanding Achievement, Storyboarding in an Animated TV/Broadcast Production", along with Guillermo del Toro and Guy Davis.[1]
