Ralph Sosa is an American director. He directed the episodes "Please Homer, Don't Hammer 'Em" (with Mike B. Anderson), "In the Name of the Grandfather" and "Mona Leaves-a" (with Anderson). He has also worked on the show as a character layout artist, a storyboard revisionist and an assistant director and was an assistant sequence driector on The Simpsons Movie. He also worked on Dilbert.
