The Philippines is a country in Asia. Its capital and second largest city is Manila.

History

When Bart was phoning various countries in the Southern Hemisphere to ask if their water drained clockwise, the Philippines was seen on his globe.

When Krusty found out that his Krusty-Brand Home Pregnancy Tests were giving "20% false Hey-Heys" he decided to repackage them as coffee stirrers and sell them in the Philippines.
