Mr. Burns visits Marrakesh with Smithers, a popular tourist destination in Morocco after he was fired by Homer at the Powerplant. They sell Opium at the markets in Morocco.

Since the Simpson family went to Morocco in Treehouse of Horror II and due to all Treehouse of Horror episodes being non-canon, the Simpson family most probably never actually went to the country, although Burns and Smithers have.
