Mean Genie is a Simpsons Comics One-Shot Wonders story that appears in Li'l Homer #1.
Plot
When Homer was a kid, he was looking in his dad's garage and found a gravy boat. Homer saw some dirt on the gravy boat, so he polished it and out came a genie.
